This project is to fund the endowment part of the scholarship program. The chapter will begin construction soon on a new home located in the Northview Ranch Subdivision. This home will be sold and a 100% of the net proceeds will be returned into the scholarship program. All contributors, whether it is a monetary gift or construction labor, will become long term investors in providing educational opportunities for our youth. These investments are tax deductible as the chapter is a 501-C3.
